Westlake/Rollingwood

Just west of downtown Austin, Westlake/Rollingwood is one of the most beautiful parts of the Austin area featuring stunning views of theTexas Hill Country and greenbelts.  Largely developed in the 1970’s and 1980’s it is known for its sprawling luxury homes and proximity to many popular attractions such as Barton Springs, Austin Country Club, Barton Creek Resort and Spa and upscale shopping.

Outdoor lovers also enjoy quick and easy access to the Barton Creek Greenbelt, Zilker Park, and Barton Springs.  Westlake and Rollingwood are part of the Eanes ISD of which all 9 schools achieved the highest rating by the Texas Education Agency.   US News and  World Report ranks Westlake High School #25 in the state.  Many students choose to attend private high schools including St. Michael’s and St. Stephen’s.
