We purchased our first home in Austin and Seth helped us through out the process, from selecting the location, decoration choices to closing the house. He showed us lots of houses in various locations through out the city. He has always been very punctual and courteous. When we had a change of mind at the very last moment, he was very helpful in finding a house in an entirely different location. He is very knowledgeable and gives good guidance regarding the selection of houses. Overall, it has been a positive experience
