Seth is fantastic! After having tried MANY realtors, I can say that Seth is unlike any realtor we ever met. He does not try to convince you that the home you really want is the most expensive one on the lot and he does not provide information unless he is 100% sure about it. Seth helps you find the “home that is right for you”, even if it means he will not make as much money on the sale (e.g. he thought we would be happier with a home that cost 250K less than another one!). He is the first and only realtor who truly listens to your wishes, and tries to find homes that fit them. He is also lovely to deal with – pleasant, smart, fast, and to the point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
