My wife and I decided to sell once construction started picking up behing our home. We had heard of TexHomes Realty and wanted to try them out. Our home’s main issue was it’s layout, but Seth marketed its best features and overcame the home’s weaknesses. We had so many walk throughs it blew us away. He said, “It only takes one to like it”. His superb marketing really brought the people through on a daily basis. He watched over us with the people that made offers and let us know what was a good offer and which ones we should walk away from. Not typical from a realtor and we should know…we have sold over 7 homes. Seth and his company are professional, but personal and truly show their worth from beginning to end. You can’t go wrong……
